Coach’s Weekly Challenge

This week is about removing things that are cluttering your life.  Walk around your house and look at the extra stuff. Hold it and ask yourself “Do I love this? Does it make me happy?” If it doesn’t get rid of it. Donate it to a good cause or give to someone will appreciate it.  I love passing on things to friends and family knowing it will be loved again. The key word this week is simplify.
